WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET & PACKAGE INFORMATION?

If ordering pre-tournament your ticket & package information will be dispatched no later than 7 days prior to the start of the tournament.  If ordering during the tournament your ticket & package information will be dispatched ASAP.

E-tickets – Your ticket & package information will be sent to you via email.

If you are concerned about the arrival of your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service team.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

All tickets sold through Tennis Tickets include a seat at the Australian Open and are part of a Hospitality Package which is included in the price.

Please note, whilst we encourage you to enjoy our Function attendance is not compulsory and does not affect the validity of your tickets.

Tennis Tickets AO Hospitality Package Information

Showing full coverage of the Australian Open on the big screens, Tennis Ticket’s AO Hospitality Function is included with your seat purchase and includes a wide range of beverages.

The function will be held at the Richmond Club Hotel – walking distance to the Australian Open.

Start Times

  • The function will run between 4pm and 6pm daily which is between the day and the night sessions. Guests will be able to arrive anytime during the running hours of the function.

Package inclusions

  • A seat at the Arena
  • Continuous service of beverages including beer, cider, wine, sparkling wine & soft drinks throughout the duration of the function

Tickets will always be seated side by side unless otherwise stated.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

Please note:  EFT can take up to 3 business days to process.  Tickets are not sent until payment has cleared with our financial institution.  It is not advised to use this method if purchasing tickets to a game within 3 days.

All prices are person, inclusive of GST and in AUD.

LOST/MISPLACED TICKETS

Please contact us ASAP at [email protected]. Where possible we will re-issue tickets, however this may not always be possible, so please keep tickets in a safe place.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders are final.

No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be issued for change of mind, schedule changes, player illness or lost tickets.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

No.  The only charge throughout the checkout process is a $9.95 administration fee which includes all postage (including Australia Express Post and Same-Day Courier if required) and administrative handling of your order.

WHAT IS THE TENNIS TICKETS GUARANTEE?

Your ticket & package information will always be delivered in time for the match and will always be valid for entry.

Our tickets are delivered using only Australia Express Post, Same-Day Courier or via email for electronic tickets.
